Deposits - Cancellations

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and must be received within 21 days of making your reservation.

If a cancellation is necessary a full refund of deposit will be made up to 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival a refund will be made less $100.00 service charge. If a cancellation takes place within 7 days of your arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
